The majority of Coastwood’s New Zealand made furniture carries a 25 Year Quality Guarantee and all imported furniture carries a two year guarantee.

Your claim will be assessed by our in-house quality team. Images may be required to evaluate the claim. Coastwood will arrange for repair of the faulty product either by an approved contractor on or off site or at our factory. Written authorisation from our Customer Service department must accompany any goods which are returned.
The guarantees protect against any material or construction fault, excluding misuse, negligence, alteration, accident and normal wear. Fabrics and coverings are not included in this guarantee. These warranties are supplied by their respective fabric houses. All claims must be made to the original supplier (Coastwood or Coastwood on-seller) where proof of purchase will be required. The guarantees apply to the original purchaser only and do not apply to commercial applications. For products being returned to Coastwood for repair, Coastwood will cover return freight costs from the customer to the factory. Where the problem is not a manufacturing fault, Coastwood will not be responsible for freight costs. Coastwood reserves the right to replace the product if repair is not possible.
